Finding Suitable Persons for a Job, and Creating a Potential Example
Procedure
The Succession Planning screen appears.
The Succession Planning screen appears. In the top section of the screen, the system displays standard information on the job. In the succession plan, the system displays planning objects that match each of the selection criteria specified.
The Succession Planning screen appears. This ranking list is sorted by suitability range or suitability percentage. The planning criteria that the planning objects meet are displayed in the right-hand section of the screen.

To toggle between the suitability ranges and the suitability percentage, choose View
® Suitability % on.The potential for the job is recorded in the person’s Potentials subprofile.
This person is displayed in the succession plan under the description is a potential of.
Result
You have searched for persons for the job in question, and assigned potential for the job to those who were suitable.
