Performing a Profile Matchup (Starting Out From the Structural Display for an Organizational Unit)

Procedure

Select the objects whose profiles you want to evaluate. You can choose as many objects as you please, and they do not have to be of the same object type.

Choose Navigation ® Reporting ® Profile matchup.

The Profile Matchup screen appears. Every object with a qualification is compared with every object with a requirement. If essential requirements and/or alternative qualifications are taken into account in the matchup, they are identified as such.

To restrict the list to objects with qualification deficits, or to display training proposals, choose Settings ® Editing options.

The Profile Matchup dialog box appears.

Select the Generate training proposals and Qualification deficits only flags, and choose Transfer.
There are other options available for displaying the profile matchup. You can call these up as follows:

To display the profile matchup in a Table Control List with the ABAP List Viewer, choose .
To display the profile matchup using SAP Presentation Graphics, choose .

Result

All requirements and qualifications of the selected objects are compared against each other.
