Triggering Events of Workflow Template
The
ExpirationDateChange (all awards exercised) and Created (object created) events of the EMPAWARD object are triggering events for this workflow template.
In the R/3 System, "linkage" between the event and the workflow template to be started is generally deactivated. If you want to start the workflow template, you must activate linkage when you configure your system.

This workflow can run for a very long time, at most from the date on which the awards are granted to the date on which they expire. In other words, the status can be set to started for several years.
