Workflow Container

The following information must be available in the course of the workflow:

Name of the agent
The (object) reference to the employee for whom the workflow event has occurred
The (object) reference to the life event date
The (object) reference to the life event
The (object) reference to the workflow object type

The appropriate elements must be available in the workflow container for receiving this information:

_WF_Initiator for receiving the agent is in the workflow container as standard.

Employee for receiving the object reference to the employee is created additionally.

LifeEventDate for determining the date of the life event is created additionally.

WorkflowEvent for determining the life event is created additionally.

ObjectType for determining the life event is created additionally.

This information is available as event parameters in the container for the triggering event, and must be transferred to the workflow container by "binding".

Triggering Event of Workflow Template

The following events are entered as triggering events for this workflow template:

COMPANYLEFT (employee has left enterprise) for object type BUS1065 (Employee)

RETIRED (employee has retired) for object type BUS1065 (Employee)

CREATED (family/related person created) for object type FAMILYINT (family/related person)

Note

In the standard, "linkage" between the event and the workflow template to be started is deactivated. If you want to start the workflow template, you must activate linkage when you configure the system.

You can add events without having to modify anything.
