In Company Pension Fund infotype 0046, you store the specifications from the pension insurance.

Structure

General Specifications

In the Pension fund and the Insurance type fields, you assign the employee to a certain insurance. The system uses these specifications to calculate the corresponding pension contributions during payroll.

In the Insurance number field, you enter the employee’s number with the pension fund.

In the Entry date field you store the date of the employee’s membership start in the pension fund.

Data for Premium

In the Premium base field you can enter an amount that is used independent of wage and without a coordination deduction for deducting the premium.

In the Coordination correction field, you enter the amount by which the coordination deduction is to be corrected.

If you have agreed on a fixed amount for premium, you must enter the EE premium and the ER premium fields. Both fields must contain entries. Thus, no premiums are calculated during payroll.

Dates for Pension

If another date is used to calculate the premium or the pension (for example, due to insurance years that the employee has bought), enter it in the Technical entry field.

If the start date for the calculation of termination benefits differs from the technical entry date, the start date can be entered in the Start date for termination benefits field.

If the normal pension start date from table T5C1C (Pension Funds) is not valid, you must enter the differing date in the Pension start field. Thus, the pension starts with the first of the month after the birthday that is specified as the retirement age in the table.

In the Insurance amount field, an insurance amount is recorded. It is independent of the premium calculation.

If the wages covered by the insurance are not to be increased, enter an X in the Increase freeze field. This field is not evaluated in the standard system.

The Pension rate correction field shows the amount by which the pension rate from the table T5C1J (Pension Rates) is to be modified.

If an employee is only partially able to work due to invalidity, enter the annual wages before invalidity in the Inv. annual wages field. You enter the degree of invalidity in the Inval. percentage field.
