Use

Using the Alert Monitor, you can complete confirmation for tasks that have been force confirmed.

Prerequisites

You can only complete confirmation for tasks with the status of 07 Force Confirm.

Procedure

  1. From the hierarchy tree, display the Problematic Tasks alerts located under Business Objects.
  1. From the ALV, select the row corresponding to the force confirmed task for which you want to complete confirmation.
  1. From the ALV tool bar, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  1. Choose Complete Confirmation from the pop-up menu.

The Task Complete Confirm dialog box appears, displaying the relevant force confirmed task (selected) and, in the case of task bundles, the other tasks in the bundle (not selected).
  1. If any of the other tasks in the bundle have been force confirmed, you can select them also by choosing the corresponding rows in the task list.
  1. Save to confirm the task or tasks.

Result

The relevant tasks are confirmed and receive the status of 05 Finished. They disappear from the Alert Monitor when its display is refreshed.
