Use

On the Basic Data tab, the system displays a summarized overview of the receivables list as well as general contract data.

For more information, see Payoff.

Procedure

  1. In the Basic Data section, the system displays the contract data such as the Fixed to date, the remaining capital at the end of the fixed condition period (Rem. Cap. Fixed to) and the Available Capital. This is displayed for your information only; you cannot change the data here.

You enter the due date for the payoff in the Due on field. This date affects the remaining capital and the interest calculation capital. Both these amounts are reduced by the payoff amount on the payoff due date.

If you make a partial payoff for an annuity or installment loan, you can change the conditions using the Repayment change indicator: For more information, see Detailed Data.

  1. The Receivables List section provides a summarized overview of the receivable items. In the case of a full payoff using the net payoff procedure, the system calculates the gross payoff amount in contract currency by totaling the net payoff amount, proportionate and regular payments, additional flows, overdue items, deferred payments, credit balances and the amounts in fields 1 to 3. The gross payoff amount is the amount the borrower still has to pay in order to meet the receivables in full.

In the case of a partial payoff, you must enter the required net payoff amount.

Note

The Gross Procedure is not supported at present.

You cannot change the receivable items in the receivables list itself.

Note

In the IMG activity Define Template, you can select the items to be included in the receivables list. You can change these default settings in the application.

Note

In the IMG activity Define General Control Data you can activate fields 1-4, which will then be ready for input, or hide the fields. For fields 1 and 2 you have the option of determining an early repayment penalty or a discount reimbursement using the BAdI Flow Data and Amounts. You can also use this BAdI to calculate the accrued interest on arrears and daily interest for fields 3 and 4. If you want to have the amounts calculated via this BAdI, you must deactivate the corresponding fields. The calculated amounts are then included in the receivables list automatically.

You need to define the relevant flow types with the application function 403 or 404 for fields 1 and 2 in the Customizing activity Define Condition Groups ® Assign Flow Types to Condition Groups per Application.
