Retrieving Key Figures

To retrieve a key figure, proceed as follows:

  1. Position the cursor on the desired key figure in the hierarchy tree.
  2. Select Edit ® Call up.

You now branch automatically to the selection screen of the transaction, table, program, or report with which you call up the selected key figure.

Calling Up All Key Figures of an Info Set

You can call up the key figures of an info set together, that is, simultaneously. The prerequisite is that all of the key figures from the info set must be called up via the same transaction or the same report.

This is how you call up a key figure:

  1. Position the cursor on the desired info set and select Edit ® Call up.
  2. Select the pushbutton Call up info set.

You now branch automatically to the selection screen of the transaction, table, program, or report with which you call up the selected key figure.
