Use

When you create an archive file, you have to enter an existing variant or create a new one. The variant contains the selection criteria for the data records you want to archive.

Features

The selection criteria for the data records are the characteristics and, where necessary, the key figures of the aspect. You can enter either individual values or value intervals as selection criteria. Enter as many selection criteria as possible to reduce the processing time of the archiving program.
