Use

This function allows you to maintain several adjustments for a group of employees at the same time on one screen. This function provides you with an Excel worksheet in which you can award compensation adjustments by simply entering the relevant data in the corresponding columns and fields.

Once you have completed your compensation administration and have, for example, awarded all the bonus payments for the employees selected, you can upload the data into the SAP R/3 System by choosing the Back icon.

Integration

Once you have awarded the compensation adjustments to the employees selected and exited the mass maintenance tool, you can submit your adjustments for approval.

Prerequisites

Features

The Excel table displays data on employees, budget, guidelines. You can use guidelines with fixed amounts, as well as matrix guidelines. You can also use the change by percentage function.
