Payroll Account (Report RPCKTOx0; HxxCKTO0)
The Payroll Account provides you with a combination of different wage types for a specific period. This combination is sorted according to personnel number. For example, in Germany in this way you fulfill the regulations for taxes and social insurance. However, you can also use the payroll account for other purposes (for example, for internal revision).
You can branch from the payroll account display, in accordance with the settings on the selection screen, to the remuneration statement, for example, to obtain detailed information on a payroll result.
The remuneration statement displays an In-period View; the payroll account displays a For-period View. The payroll account is displayed with columns (for-period) and rows (in-period).
· If you double-click on a value at the point of intersection for a for-period and an in-period, the remuneration statement of the identical in-period is displayed.
· If you double-click on a value at the point of intersection for an in-period and a for-period, the remuneration statement of the identical in-period is displayed with its retroactive accounting results back to this in-period.
