Prerequisites

You can change the shape of an object. This can be useful, for example, if you need to set one object apart from other objects.

The settings you make apply only to the current work session.

Note

You can only change object shapes when the Design setting in the View Options dialog box is set to manual. See The View Options Dialog Box

Procedure

  1. Select the object whose shape you want to change.
  2. Choose Object ® Change shape.

    3. A drop-down menu shows a list of shapes available.

  3. Choose the shape you want.

Result

The system changes the shape of the object.
