It is possible to execute a PRT availability check either for the whole order, or for individual PRTs.

Check for all PRTs

To execute a PRT availability check for the whole order, choose Availability check ® PRTs.

The system executes an availability check. If PRTs are not available, the status "PRT shortage" is posted to the production order.

Check for Individual PRTs

To check the availability of an individual PRT, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text PRT.

    2. The system branches to the overview screen for all operations contained in the production order.

  2. Select the PRT, whose availability you want to check. Choose Prod.resource/ tools ® PRT availability .

The system executes an availability check.

Note

The system only activates the status "PRT Shortage" if an availability check of all the PRTs was carried out and one or more PRTs are not available.
