Termination (Infotype 0654) 
Definition
In this infotype you enter the data necessary for calculating termination payments. The data entered in this infotype is used by the Termination program.
Use
If there is no data entered in this infotype, the Termination program will work with the data entered on its selection screen and will maintain this infotype in line with these entries. If data has been entered in this infotype, the Termination program will use this data for its calculations.
Structure
This infotype contains the following fields and groups of fields:
- Termination Date: you should enter the last active day of the employee here.
- Termination:
- Termination Type: the termination type not only determines the cause of the termination but also the payments to be made and the absences quotas to be settled. For further information on the definition of the termination type and its link with the types of payments and the absences quotas to be settled, see the Implementation Guide in the section Payroll: Mexico
® Extra Payments ® Work termination.
- Payments: in this section of the screen the types of payments and the corresponding wage types are displayed, in accordance with the type of termination entered. For further information on the definition of the types of payments, see the Implementation Guide in the section Payroll: Mexico

- Quotas to be settled: in this section of the screen the rules for the time quotas and the absence quotas included in the calculation in accordance with the type of termination entered are displayed. Integration
The data displayed in the Payments and Quotas to be Settled sections is for information purposes only and depends on the entry made in the field Type of Termination.
