Service Provider for Circulars and Process Routes
The service provider for circulars provides the following service: Elements from a record can be selected and sent in circulation. You can define a process route for these elements, which determines which employees receive the elements and which activities these employees should carry out.
The term circular is used a general term to cover all documents sent in circulation, including in the public sector.
