You use classification to group routings according to your own point of view. This gives you additional criteria for finding routings.

You have installed the application component CA-CL Classification system.

The classes with which you want have been created in the system with class type 018 task list class.
The classes have been assigned characteristics to describe the individual routing attributes.

You classify routings by assigning similar routings to the same task list class. You can assign every task list in a task list class one characteristic value for each characteristic in the class.

When call up routings later, a search help is available, with which you can find routings by entering the class or its characteristics. Using this search help you can call up, for instance:

• All the routings in a class
• All the routings in a class that have particular characteristic values.
