The SAP System checks if the data can be transferred correctly from the transfer file, and determines the phrases to be changed and created.

The SAP System checks:

• The path for the transfer file
• The syntax structure of the transfer file

• If the phrase library exists in the SAP System, and if it is active or passive
• If the phrase library from the file has the same date as or a more recent date than the existing library in the SAP System. If the date is earlier, the libary cannot be imported.
• The administrative part of the transfer file
• The number of phrases in the transfer file
• The number of phrases that already exist in the SAP System or are to be created
