The sender’s details must be entered on a material safety data sheet. These details include, for example, the address of the company, emergency telephone number, and names of contact persons who can provide information about a material safety data sheet.

The SAP System determines the sender data for the material safety data sheet via the sales organization (in general, the initiator) that was specified in the sales document. You can store other data in a text field for the sales organization in Customizing. You can output all this data on a report.
