Entering content frameProcedure documentation Editing the Internet Address of a Customer Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Logistics ® Sales and Distribution ® Master Data ® Customer ® Create ® Sales and Distribution.

    2. The Customer Create: Initial Screen appears.

  2. Enter the value Goods recipient in the Account group field. Enter the other data required and confirm your entries.

The Create Customer: General Data screen appears.
  1. On the Address tab page, you can enter an Internet address for your customer by choosing Other communication.

Note

The address of the customer contact person is taken into account and not the business address. You can enter the address directly in partner details. The system uses the postal address of the company (customer) for the address in partner details. You can enter other communication addresses such as FAX or INT specially for the contact person.

Result

You can add an Internet mail address directly to the company address. Reports from the SAP component Sales and Distribution can be shipped to this Internet mail address.
