The SAP System determines all manually and automatically generated report requests when generating the worklist.
Report requests are generated automatically
For manual report shipping, you must generate the report request manually.
Worklists can be generated manually or scheduled automatically (seeGenerating Worklists).
For more information about setting up a worklist, see the Worklist section in Customizing for Product Safety.
The SAP System takes into account only released report templates.
The SAP System determines the changes to specifications and phrases as follows:
Changes to Specifications
Changes to Phrases
The SAP System makes changes to phrase data as follows:
If a phrase status is specified for the phrase, the system checks whether the PhSymExpan (Expansion of Phrase Symbol in Report) indicator is set for the status in the IMG activity Specify Phrase Status. If it is, the phrase is taken into account, otherwise it is not taken into account.
The time frame for which changes are determined is specified by the date of the last worklist generation and the current date minus one day. Because time frames for which a worklist has already been generated are logged, there can be no time gaps. This ensures that no changes are overlooked. Changes in the future are only taken into account when they become valid.
The SAP System automatically subsequently generates all reports affected and sets the reports to the initial status you defined in the generation variant header. SeeGeneration Variant Indicators.
