Searching for Document Templates 
On the Product Safety screen, choose Reports ® Edit templates or Display templates ® Report template or Cover sheet template or Template for acknowledgement of receipt.
The initial screen appears. You can start drilldown reporting from here. During the search, all entries are linked with AND.
Enter the data known to you on the initial screen. The system allows you to carry out double-sided generic searches using the document template key (<*K15*>, for example).
You can use the following selection criteria for selecting document templates:
- Document version
- Status
- Description (system supports double-sided generic searches)
- The person responsible for creating the document (system supports double-sided generic searches)
- If you have already assigned a report template to a generation variant, you can use the following generation variant data as further selection criteria:
- The key for the generation variant (system supports double-sided generic entry)
- Key date on which the generation variant is valid
- Report category
- Validity area
- Rating
- Choose

Result
In the hit list, the SAP System lists the document templates that correspond to the search criteria.

If the SAP System does not find the required document template, you can enter new search criteria, or create the document template yourself.
