  1. In the hit list for the selected phrases, in the phrase header, or in phrase set assignment, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Item.

The Edit Phrase: Items screen appears.

Note

In the Changed on field, the SAP System displays the date of the last change made to a phrase item.
  1. Enter the first 132 characters of your text in the Phrase text field in the languages specified.
  2. To create a long text, double-click the Phrase text field to open the text editor for editing long texts.
  3. Enter the long text as required and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text and This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Note

If you have entered a long text, the system indicates this by displaying the This graphic is explained in the accompanying text icon at the end of the Phrase text field. In this case, you can edit the phrase text in the long text editor only.
  1. If necessary, edit the Phrase code, Note, and Graphics fields.

Note

Enter the complete file name of your graphic with the file extension in the Graphics field. The system uses these file names when you generate a report.

Check whether the file exists in the subdirectory GRAFICS in the WWI directory on your WWI PC.
  1. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text and then This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  2. If you want to change the language selection, choose Utilities ® Language selection.
