Entering content frameProcedure documentation Creating Phrases Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. In the Product Safety menu or in Structure linkDangerous Goods Management choose Phrases ® Edit phrases.

    2. The Edit Phrase: Initial Screen appears.

  2. Enter a change number, if necessary, and check the key date.

Note

The change number has higher priority than the key date.
  1. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    2. The Create Phrase: Header screen appears.

  2. You must edit the phrase header (see Editing the Phrase Header).

Note

You can create phrases from within the hit list after a phrase search by choosing This graphic is explained in the accompanying text .
