Use

In the object list for an order, you want to:

Prerequisites

Change operations for object list entries

In Customizing for Plant Maintenance and Customer Service under Define Notification- and Order Integration, you have activated All List Entries.

In this case, you can manually assign operations in the order that have not yet been assigned to object list entries. You can also change existing assignments.

Display operations for object list entries

With any other settings, you can only display the operations.

Procedure

The objects for which you can change operation assignments are dependent on the settings in Customizing mentioned above.

  1. Call up the Structure linkorder in change mode, and choose the Objects tab page.
  2. Select a notification or another object in the object list.
  3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Assignments.

    4. A dialog box appears.

  4. You can then assign operations in the order that have not yet been assigned. You can also undo the assignment of an operation to the selected object as follows:

The system changes the assignment of the operation to the object.
  1. Confirm your change by choosing This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Copy assignment.
