The infotype INFONAVIT-FONACOT Credit (0370) subtype FONACOT Credit (0002) contains information on the credits granted by FONACOT.

You inform the system about the conditions applicable to the employee regarding the FONACOT credit and how it is taken into account in the payroll via the administrative and calculation data entered in this infotype.

This infotype consists of the following groups of fields:

The administrative information on the FONACOT credit is held within this group of fields, in the following fields:

• FONACOT No.: assigned to the employee by FONACOT.
• Credit No.: assigned by FONACOT. An employee can have more than two credits, in which case a consecutive number is assigned.
• Credit amount: the amount of the credit granted by FONACOT is shown. When the credit is not new , the amount of the balance is shown. In this case, the Previous Credit checkbox shows whether it is a credit acquired in a previous job or not.

• Deduction of Set Amount: this field contains the amount to be deducted. Assigned by FONACOT.
• Distrib. Type: this identifies the way the deduction for credit item granted by INFONAVIT or FONACOT is distributed.

1. Apply the deduction, including in the fifth week: This means that there will always be a deduction applied to the employee. As a result, in months with five weeks the deduction will be greater than in those with four
2. The monthly deduction established by the corresponding institution is divided into four weeks. Where a month has less than five weeks, no deduction will be performed.
3. Apply a variable deduction; i.e. when a month has four weeks the deduction is divided by four and when it has five weeks it is divided by five. As a result, the deduction will not always be the same and more will be deducted for some months than others.

There is a button in the top half of the screen named BALANCE, where you can see what remains to be deducted from the credit, and the date on which the last deduction was made.
