Procedure

  1. On the selection screen, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    2. This takes you to the Dynamic Selections dialog box. It displays all available fields in an overview tree. The Dynamic selections group box contains the fields for which you can enter values directly. You can copy additional fields to this group box as dynamic selections, or remove fields that are not required.

  2. To include a field in dynamic selections, select it in the overview tree and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Adopt selected items.
  3. To remove a field from dynamic selections, select it in the overview tree and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Delete selected objects.
  4. Enter the required selection values.
  5. To check your entries, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  6. To save dynamic selections, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

The selection screen is displayed again. The dynamic selections you entered are taken into account when the report is executed.
