User Data

Definition

The user data tells you when the class was entered, who entered it, and when class data was changed and by whom.

Structure

Entry data area

Created by	User name of the person who entered the class
Date	Date the class was first entered
Time	Time the class was first entered
Source	Contains the screen or program ID that was used when the information was entered for the first time.

Change data area

Last changed by	User name of the person who last changed the class
Date	Date when the last change was made
Time	Time the last change was made
Source	Contains the ID of the transaction or program that was used to change the table entry.

Display change documents

When you choose this pushbutton you branch to the change documents display for the class data.

The change documents tell you which changes were made to the class.
