
Printing the Direct Mailing
Purpose
Printing the direct mailing is the final step in the process for sending direct mailings to customers.

Process Flow
Once the direct mailing is complete with an address list and any required sample enclosures, it is ready to be printed.
Depending on the size of your mailing and the needs of your organization you can print the direct mailing online or in a background job. For more information about when and how to print a direct mailing in a background job, see your system administrator.
To print the direct mailing online, choose Direct mailing ® Issue output to ® Printer from the Direct Mailing screen.

Choose Issue output to ® Screen to obtain a print preview of the direct mailing output. The preview will show the first customer on the list.
To print large direct mailing campaigns, use report RSNAST00. They can then be printed as background jobs during off-peak hours. For more information, see Output Control in the online Implementation Guide for Basic Functions in Sales and Distribution.
