Use

All the information needed to calculate ATP for an employee.

Note If you do not create an ATP Pension (0075) for the employee, no payroll can take place.

Structure

ATP - additional pension

Every wage earner between 16 and 66 is covered by ATP. Both the employee as well as the employer has to contribute to ATP. The supplementary pension will be paid out when the employee is 67 years old. The amount paid out is depending on how many years the employee has contributed to ATP.

The contributions vary depending on how the employee is engaged. The total ATP contribution is calculated and is paid into ATP per quarter.

An industrial worker who participates in "Industriens Barselsfond" and has nine months seniority, is entitled to wages during the 14 weeks maternity leave. The employer contribute to the "Barselsfond" on behalf of the employee and gets the expenses reimbursed from "Industriens Barselfond". When the worker is on maternity leave the savings are used to supplement the unemployment benefit up to the maximum unemployment benefit.

Note Only employees who are entitled to unemployment benefit while they have maternity leave have the possibility to participate in "Industriens Barselsfond".
