Prerequisites

To be able to use the worklist, you must set the Generate worklist indicator when you perform results analysis.

The single-level worklist for results analysis is only used in Product Cost by Sales Order. In the other application components you use the multilevel worklist of the Schedule Manager.

Procedure

To access the worklist for results analysis:

  1. Choose Accounting ® Controlling ® Product Cost Controlling ® Product Cost by Sales Order ® Period-End Closing ® Results Analysis ® Worklist ® Display

    2. The screen Evaluate application log appears.

  2. Enter the selection criteria and choose Execute.

    3. The screen Application log for object collective processing in Controlling results analysis appears.

  3. Select the worklist you want to use, and choose Goto ® Display messages

To display information on the individual objects:

  1. Go to the message line and display the messages.

    2. The subsequent screen shows you a list of all orders that have errors, together with the error messages and warning messages. Error management and analysis: The screen Error Management and Analysis: Initial Screen appears. This screen contains a list of the orders that had errors, together with the messages.

  2. Call up a message line for information on how to correct the errors.

To correct the errors in the orders:

  1. Go back to the screen Application log for object collective processing in Controlling results analysis.
  2. Go to the worklist.

    3. The screen Results Analysis: Postprocessing of Worklist appears.

  3. When you have corrected the errors, carry out results analysis for the objects that had errors again by choosing Execute.
