Qualifications of an Attendee (Report RHQALIF0)

Use

This report generates a list of an attendee's qualifications.

By qualifications, we mean:

Previous attendance at events of a specific type
Qualifications and skills such as language skills or PC skills.

Features

Selection

You can set parameters to determine the data output by the report.

Reporting period

You can specify any period for the reporting.

Standard selection screen (only pre-report RHXQALIF)

If you select this indicator and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text , the report branches to the more detailed selection screen of the main report RHQALIF0 before it is executed.

Note

On the selection screen of the main report, you can select objects by status, for example. As a rule, you need not access the standard selection screen since the pre-report has sufficient data selection options. If you do not want to go to the standard selection screen, do not activate this parameter before you choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text .

Output

The report generates a list that contains the following information:

The types of events attended
Valid qualifications and their depreciation meter data
Expired qualifications and their depreciation meters (display dimmed)

Caution

The list only displays event types of events that have taken place up to the key date specified for which the attendee had a booking with normal or essential priority. Waiting list bookings are not displayed in the list.

If the attendee has the same qualification multiple times (by attending an event several times), the report displays the most recent of these only.
