Prerequisites

The process order status must allow setting the deletion flag.

If, for example, a process order has status Batch record required, you cannot set the deletion flag until the order receives the status Batch record archived, that is, until the batch record has been created and stored in an optical archive.

Procedure

  1. Choose Logistics ® Production - process ® Process order, and then Process order ® Change.
  2. Enter the relevant order number and choose Continue.

    3. The order header appears.

  3. Choose Order ® Functions ® Deletion flag ® Set.

    4. The system sets the status DLFL.

  4. Save the order.

Note

To activate a deletion flag in a collective order, you need to call up the entire collective order.

The next thing you must do is set the deletion indicator in the background.
