Use

You follow the procedure below if the archived data was not deleted after it was archived.

Procedure

  1. Choose Logistics ® Production ® Production control ® Tools ® Archiving ® Orders.

    2. The initial screen for archiving production orders is then displayed.

  2. Choose Delete.
  3. Click This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Archive selection and select one or more archive files.
  4. Click This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Start date and enter the start date.
  5. Click This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Spool parameters and enter the spool parameters.

    6. Note

    If you set the Test run flag, only statistics will be generated and the data will not be deleted.
