Entering content frameProcedure documentation Setting Deletion Flags/Indicators (Background) Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. Choose Logistics ® Production ® Production control ® Tools ® Archiving ® Orders.

    2. The initial screen for archiving production orders is then displayed.

  2. Choose Deletion flag / deletion indicator.
  3. Enter a variant.

    4. Note

    You can only use an existing variant if it is no longer blocked by an archiving job.

    To create a new variant, proceed as follows:

    1. Enter the name of the new variant and click on This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Maintain.

      2. The screen for maintaining variants for archiving production orders is then displayed. The variant contains the selection criteria for selecting the production orders.

    2. Maintain the selection criteria.
    3. Click on This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Continue.
    4. Enter attributes for the variant.
    5. Save your variant.
    6. Click on This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  4. Click on This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Start date and enter the start date.
  5. Click on This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Spool parameters and enter the spool parameters.
  6. Click on This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The deletion flags / indicators are created in the background.
