Dependencies (PP-BD-WKC)

You can archive and delete work centers independently of other archiving programs. However, when you archive work centers, the system checks their usage. Therefore, if possible, you should have already archived the following objects if a work center to be archived is used in them:

work center hierarchy
operation in a task list
task list header
operation in an order
order confirmations
equipment usage segment
technical location
preventative maintenance plan item
capacity requirements records

If a work center is used in one or more objects, you cannot archive or delete the work center.

Note

Note that work centers, which have been logically deleted but which still use objects (for example, operations) that are physically in the database cannot be archived or deleted.

If a work center is used in a hierarchy, you can remove the work center from the hierarchy or delete the hierarchy to continue archiving.
