Use
Residence Time/Retention Period of Data in the System
On the selection screen of the archiving program, enter the minimum number of resident months (business month of 30 days) that must be reached before a physical inventory document can be archived. The posting date (of difference posting) in the physical inventory header is the key date for the retention period.
Physical inventory documents that are marked for deletion are selected irrespective of the retention period.
Presettings
No Customizing settings have to be made before you can archive physical inventory documents.
You specify technical values for the archiving session (such as name, path, and maximum size of the archive file) and settings for the delete program in
