Archiving in Inventory Management (MM-IM)
Use
You can archive the following objects:
Material documents can be archived and deleted using the object MM_MATBEL.
Physical inventory documents can be archived and deleted using the object MM_INVBEL.
Retail revaluation documents can be archived and deleted using the object W_VKAB.
There is no provision for the retrieval of previously archived data. You can display archived documents.
Reservation documents that only have been created to plan a movement are not archived. These can be deleted using the reservations management program RM07RVER. For more information, refer to the MM - Inventory Management (MM-IM) component under

Features
Only movement data can be archived in Inventory Management. Master data is archived as part of material master archiving.
