To archive purchasing info records, in Customizing for Purchasing, you have to maintain a variant for the test run and a variant for the productive run.
Residence Time of Data in the System
There are no residence times for info records in Purchasing.
The system provides you with a list of info records suggested for deletion.
Activities
To create a list of proposed deletions, refer to the MM - Purchasing component, under
Deleting Info Records.
