Archiving Authorizations (FI)

The S_ARCHIVE authorization object controls the use of the archive, delete, and reload programs.

For more information, see User Authorization Checks.

To archive data, you require the following authorizations:

S_BTCH_JOB for archiving, deleting, and reloading data and for the read program in batch processing

F_BKPF_BUK (company code authorization) for archiving accounting documents

You can create authorizations in Customizing by choosing Financial Accounting Global Settings > Maintain Authorizations.
