This folder contains Workflow Wizards that help to simplify workflow modeling.

Features

Here you will find the following Workflow Wizards, which you can use for creating smaller parts of a workflow.

Include "Select agent"

Using this Workflow Wizard, you can insert an activity A, which can be used to manually determine the recipients of a subsequent step B at runtime.

At runtime, the system first determines all possible agents of the subsequent step B. These are displayed in a dialog box, and the actual agent of activity A can select the recipient(s) of the work item for the subsequent step B from the list of possible agents.

If you have selected a step for which you have not yet defined a responsible agent, this is used as step B in the above process, and the Workflow Wizard only creates activity A. The Workflow Wizard can also request a task that can then be inserted as a subsequent activity in the workflow.

Include "Call test procedure (CATT)"

This Workflow Wizard helps you to encapsulate a test procedure (CATT procedure) in a task, and integrate this as an activity in your workflow.

You can either use an existing test procedure, or you can use this wizard to create a new test procedure while the workflow is in process.

Create customizing workflows

For more information, see Creation of a Customizing Workflow .

Model deadline monitoring

You can use this Workflow Wizard to model deadline monitoring for a step in the workflow. If the selected step does not support deadline monitoring, the Workflow Wizard creates an activity for which deadline monitoring is modeled.

Include "Create object reference"

You can use this Workflow Wizard to insert an activity in your workflow, which generates an object reference from the key fields. To do this, you need to enter the object type for which you want to create an object reference.

Include "Execute report/job"

You can use this Workflow Wizard to include an activity in your workflow that starts a report or a job, either in dialog or in background processing.
