This function displays information about the agents of the work item.

The system displays the following agents for the work item:

You can choose a compressed display - containing only the user names (users only function) - or a complete display with additional information on the relationships used by the system to determine the agents (overall view function). You can also display the organizational assignment for every user displayed.

Users who currently have the work item in their workflow inbox are indicated by . A user to whom the work item was forwarded, but who is not a possible agent for the task, is indicated by .
