The columns displayed essentially determine the appearance and information content of the workflow inbox of the Business Workplace. Detailed knowledge of the columns is also required to make full use of the filter and grouping criteria.

You can determine the selection of columns via This graphic is explained in the accompanying text ® Change Layout . The following columns are available:

Column

Meaning

Work item is executable

Indicator denoting that the work item is executable (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text).

ID

Unique number of a work item, which is assigned internally by the system.

Work item title

Title of work item.

Status indicator

Possible statuses for a work item are:

  • Waiting (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text)
  • Ready (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text)
  • Reserved (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text)
  • In process (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text)
  • Executed (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text)
  • Completed (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text)
  • Logically deleted (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text)
  • Error (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text)

Creation date

Date when the work item was created with the status ready or waiting for the first time.

A work item is only created with status waiting if a requested start was declared for the work item and the work item is created before the requested start.

Creation time

Creation time of a work item.

Priority

Priority of the work item.

Attachments exist

Flag indicating that at least one attachment exists for the work item (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text).

End of processing must be confirmed

Indicator denoting that the end of processing must be confirmed explicitly (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text).

Class name

Name of the class that is started when the work item is executed.

Work item overdue

Indicator denoting that a deadline has been missed for the work item (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text).

Type

Type of a work item – labeled with abbreviation.

Task

Identification for the task the work item refers to.

Technical status

Status of a work item; technical name.

Status of a work item; description

Deadline status

The deadline status specifies whether a monitored deadline has been missed. The possible values in this column are:

  • None
  • Latest start
  • Requested end
  • Latest end
  • Other

Actual agent

Name of the user who last reserved or processed the work item.

Latest end

Latest end of work item. The latest end is exceeded if the work item does not have status completed at the specified deadline.

Latest end time

Latest end time of a work item

Forwarder

Name of the party who forwarded the work item.

Substitution for

Name of the substituted party whose work item is displayed.

Work item content

Column in which the default attribute of the object is displayed that is referred to in the container element _WI_Object_ID .

Group object

Column in which the default attribute of the object is displayed that is referred to in the container element _WI_Group_ID .

Execution can be rejected

Indicator denoting whether execution of the work item can be rejected (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text).
