  1. In the SAP Easy Access menu, choose ArchiveLink -> Store Documents (transaction OAWD).

A list of all defined default settings is displayed. The default settings are groups of document types based on content.

You can make user-specific changes to the initial screen: Adapting the Initial Screen.

  1. Select a default setting.

A list of the relevant document types and people responsible is displayed.

Note

For more information on the selected entry, choose Utilities ® Information in the menu bar.

  1. Choose the required document type and activate the symbol for the scenario.

A dialog box is displayed.

  1. Enter the key for the application document (business object) to which the document should be linked, and confirm your entries.
  2. A dialog box is displayed containing the most important data from the application document.

  3. Check that the data is correct, then choose Confirm.

Note

Before carrying out this function, the document must be ready in the scanner.
