The update period for the payment budget is determined from the due date of documents in the corresponding fiscal year.
The update period for the commitment budget is determined from the posting/document date of documents in the current fiscal year.
A funds reservation that was posted in 1997 and has a due date in 1998 will be updated in the commitment budget of 1997 andupdatedin the payment budget of 1998.
