Use

You can load documents that have a connection to an object, from your PC to the SAP System and append to the object. Other users can also display the documents that you have appended to an object, but only you can change the documents.

Procedure

  1. In the Toolbox of the object services, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  2. Choose Create attachment.

    3. A dialog box with the directory structure of your PC is displayed.

  3. Call the directory in which the document is located.
  4. Select the document by double-clicking.

Result

A copy of the document is appended to the object. You and other users can call the document in the Attachment List of the object.
