Use

You can start a workflow that uses the object. The system automatically determines all suitable workflows and offers them for selection.

Note

If the object type supports the Start Task Group for Workflow interface, you can restrict the choice of workflows. For more information, see Structure link Start Task Group for Workflow Interface.

Example

For example, the display of a standard order can concern a workflow, within which a further standard order is stored.

Procedure

  1. In the Toolbox of the object services, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  2. Choose Start workflow.

    3. All suitable workflows for the object are displayed for which you have authorization.

  3. Select the workflow that you want to start.
