Use

You use these functions for creating or deleting individual budget or posting addresses. All existing budget or posting addresses of the area selected are displayed for maintenance.

You maintain budget or posting addresses in the ALV grid control.

Prerequisites

An authorization check is carried out when the Funds Management account assignments selected are changed or displayed. Ensure that the processors have authorization to change or display the FM account assignments affected.

Activities

  1. Choose Accounting ® Public Sector Management ® Funds Management ® Master Data ® Budget Structure ® Budget Control System ® Budget or Posting Address ® Change or Display.
  2. Define the interval for the budget or posting address to be edited or displayed in the screen area Select FM Account Assignments and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Enter).

An authorization check is carried out on the FM account assignments selected. If the check is successful, all existing budget or posting addresses are displayed that were created during mass or individual maintenance.

  1. Select the processing function you want to use in the ALV grid control and make the changes.
  1. When you have finished editing the budget addresses, save your changes using This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Save).

Caution

If you have edited posting addresses, choose the menu entry Derivation ® Derive Budget Address before saving.
