Replacing Reference Operation Sets (Mass Replacement)

Proceed as follows to replace a reference operation set in all or a large number of routings :

From the routings menu, select the menu options Extras ® Mass replace ® Ref. operation sets.

You reach the Replace Reference Operation Set: Selection screen.

To replace a reference rate routing, set the indicator Ref. rate routing.

Maintain the group and group counter of the old and new reference operation set. Enter the increment to be used when the operations of the new reference operation set are inserted into the routing.

Select an overview variant. To select an overview variant, select the menu options Settings ® Object overview or press the function key Object overview.

You reach the Enter overview variant dialog box. Enter the desired overview variant and press Continue.

Select the menu options Goto ® Execute.

You see a list of all routings in which the old reference operation set/reference rate routing is included.
If necessary, you can also enter a new reference operation set/reference rate routing for replacement than the one you originally entered.

Select the menu options Settings ® Replace with. You reach the Default Values: Change dialog box. Enter the group and group counter of the new reference operation set/reference rate routing. Maintain the increment to be used when the operations of the new reference operation set are inserted into the routing. Press Continue .

From this point on, the process of replacing a reference operation set is the same as that of the work center. (see: Replacing Work Centers (Mass Replacement) from step 6 onward.)
