
Resetting the Status of a Support Package
Use
If you have to import a Support Package queue again from the beginning because errors occurred, reset its status.

Note that you can reset the queue only before data has been changed in the database (up to and including the ADDON_CONFLICTS_? step).
Procedure
To reset the status of a Support Package queue, choose Extras
® Reset Status.Result
The corresponding entries are deleted in the cofile and in the log file after the status has been updated. You have to then import the Support Package once again completely. The Support Package Manager starts the import with the step
CHECK_REQUIREMENTS.
