Definition
This infotype limits the employee to a specific group of retirement schemes an employee can enroll in. These schemes include
occupational retirement (ORSO) schemes as well as
Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) schemes.
Use
An employee is mandated to join the MPF scheme. The employee may also be eligible to join other ORSO schemes, depending on the employee's seniority and occupation, as well as other company requirements.
The system allows you to organize employees into different groups, with each group eligible for specific schemes.
